Appendix C: Exit survey
This survey is part of the case study to which you consented to participate. It is intended to record your opinions about two learning methods we are comparing: Learning in a classroom group, or learning individually using computer-aided instruction.As part of this study, you have used only one of the these two methods, so some of the questions will not apply to you.
Your answers to this survey will be anonymous. Your answers will be considered carefully and will shape the future methods of training we use, so please take the time to answer them to the best of your ability. We appreciate your assistance.
